Buzzeasy app for iPhone and iPad

This application provides information about Buzzeasy’s cloud-based callback solutions, and provides users with the option to request a demonstration callback from Buzzeasy.

Buzzeasy’s solutions are provided on behalf of organizations to allow them to serve their customers better. End-customers can request a call by various methods (web page, mobile app, SMS etc.) and will be connected to the organization’s contact centre without having to dial or wait in a queue.

This app is for information and demonstration purposes only. It provides information about the various callback solutions available. Users can optionally enter their contact information (name, Company and phone number) to allow Buzzeasy to make a call to demonstrate how a callback service works. The user will only be called if and when they click one of the ‘Try It’ buttons and confirms that they wish to receive a call.
